Rotary Interact

Celebrating its 50th year in 2013, the Interact program is one of the fastest growing projects in Rotary International history. It represent a unique and exciting way to engage the youth of the community ages twelve to eighteen and develop the community leaders of tomorrow.

Interact Clubs complete two community service projects each year.  And discover the Rotarian principles of fellowship and service. It is important to note that while local Rotary Clubs provide sponsorship and guidance to Interact Clubs; each club operates as a self-governing body that is given autonomy while establishing membership guidelines and choosing service projects in their community.

The Rotary club of Springfield Metro currently co-sponsors an Interact Club at Nixa High School and is establishing another chapter at Central High School. Students interested in participating should contact the administrators at their respective schools for more information.
